The oil return filter can be changed once a year. Butter it every day, and always butter it when rotating. When rotating and walking, pay attention to check the gear oil, and change it more than once a year. If the traveling bottom wheel is not good, it should be changed, do not save money, or it will damage the track cobalt. Wash the machine when you have time to keep the excavator clean
3. If the construction machinery can only be stored outdoors, first of all, all parts of the excavator shall be cleaned to ensure that the excavator is dry. The drainage effect of the parking position is good, preferably on the cement floor. In summer, pay attention not to park in the sun and avoid exposure to the sun Before the storage of construction machinery, the diesel tank shall be filled with oil for overtime, and all parts shall be well lubricated. The hydraulic oil and lubricating oil shall be replaced. It is better to apply a thin layer of lubricating grease to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder
4. During the storage of construction machinery, the storage battery should not be installed. Therefore, when storing, the storage battery should be removed and placed separately, or the negative electrode of the battery should be connected and then covered. When the storage environment is too cold, it is better to put a certain amount of antifreeze into the cooling liquid of construction machinery For the sake of safety, it is better to use the pedal on the reliable locking lever to lock the operating lever of the excavator and step the shut-off valve to the locking position, and install a plug on the elbow.
