The plunger pump has the characteristics of high pressure, high speed and high volumetric efficiency because the processing of plunger and plunger hole is easy to ensure the matching accuracy and good sealing. Due to many structural forms, we can't give examples one by one. Now take ZB swashplate plunger pump as an example, which is introduced as follows.
Installation, use and maintenance of axial piston pump
1. Installation
① The mounting bracket of the pump shall have sufficient rigidity. If the pipeline is too long, the mounting bracket shall be fixed to prevent vibration.
② Elastic coupling is recommended for the connection between the pump and the driving mechanism. The coaxiality of the two shafts is 0.2mm. Universal coupling and other transmission modes with impact and radial load are not allowed. The matching size of coupling and transmission shaft shall be reasonably selected.
③ There are two oil leakage ports on the pump body: when used for oil leakage, connect the high oil leakage port to the oil pipe leading to the oil tank. The pipeline resistance shall not make the pressure in the pump body exceed 0 ■ impa, and the other hole shall be blocked; When used for oil leakage and cooling, the high oil leakage port is still connected to the oil tank, and the low oil leakage port is connected to the cooling oil. The pipeline resistance shall not make the pressure in the pump body exceed 0. Impa.
④ When used as a hydraulic pump, the auxiliary pump shall be used for low-pressure oil supply, and the oil supply pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.7MPa; In the open oil circuit, the oil supply of the auxiliary pump is 120% of the rated flow of the main pump, and more than 15% in the closed oil circuit.
⑤ When installing pipes and components, they must be kept strictly clean without any sundries. The pipes must undergo pressure test, the test pressure is twice the working pressure, and shall be pickled. If possible, they shall be phosphated.
⑥ The pressure oil circuit shall be equipped with an oil filter with filtering accuracy of 10 ~ 25fzm, and copper based powder metallurgy oil filter is recommended.
2. Use
① Check whether the connection between the rotation direction of the shaft and the oil drain pipe is correct and reliable.
② Fill the pump body with working oil from the oil filter.
③ The relief valve shall not be adjusted to the minimum value when adjusting the pressure.
④ Adjust the variable mechanism. When used as a hydraulic pump, the displacement shall be the minimum value, and when used as a hydraulic motor, the displacement shall be the maximum value.
⑤ The auxiliary pump shall be started first to remove the air in the pipeline, and then the overflow valve of the auxiliary pump shall be adjusted before starting the main pump (axial piston pump).
⑥ After initial use or long-term storage, run in for 1 ~ 2H when the pressure is about 2.5MPa.
⑦ Adjust the overflow valve to 110% - 120% of the system working pressure according to the system working pressure.
⑧ The working pressure and operating speed must comply with the specified values on the nameplate. The continuous working time at the peak pressure shall not exceed lmin, and the cumulative time of intermittent working at the peak pressure shall not exceed 10% of the operating time.
⑨ During the operation of the pump, check the oil leakage frequently. In case of abnormal leakage, temperature rise, noise and vibration, stop the pump immediately. Turn off the main pump first, and then turn off the auxiliary pump after the main pump stops stably.
⑩ The normal working oil temperature range is 16 ~ 65p, and the working oil viscosity in the oil tank is 2 ~ 6peva50. Recommended pump oil: when the ambient temperature is above 15p, 20#, 30# machine tool hydraulic oil and 40-2 thickened hydraulic oil can be used; When the ambient temperature is - 5 ~ 15 ° C, 20-1 thickened hydraulic oil can be used; YH-10 aviation thickened hydraulic oil can be used when the ambient temperature is - 30 ~ 15p.
3. Inspection and maintenance
① The water, mechanical impurities and acid slag in the working oil of Shengang excavator shall be checked regularly. If it exceeds the specified value, the working oil shall be replaced. Never use used unfiltered old oil.
② Hydraulic parts cannot be disassembled without necessity. When it is necessary to disassemble, keep the site, components and tools clean to prevent any small sundries from remaining in the components. Special tools shall be used for the disassembly of spring retaining ring.
③ Check the oil filter regularly. When not in use for a long time, drain the working oil in the pump body, fill it with hydraulic antirust oil with low acid value, and block each oil port with bolts.
