1. Swing hydraulic motor
The Kobelco excavator rotary hydraulic motor is a bent axis axial plunger quantitative motor, which consists of a drive shaft, end cover, shell, plunger, cylinder, oil distribution plate, central shaft, and a safety valve on the rear cover. To the valve and other components.
2. Swing brake
The swing brake is installed in the swing hydraulic motor and is a normally closed brake. Its structure is shown in Figure 3.19. The working principle of the brake is shown in Figure 3-20.
1 a brake spring; 2 a drive shaft; 3 a cover; 4 a shell; 5 a friction plate (active); 6 a steel plate (driven); 7 a brake piston;
8—rear cover; 9 a plunger (7 in total); 10—cylinder block; 11—oil distribution plate; 12—exhaust plug; 13—central axis;
14 a center spring; 15-safety valve; 16-check valve; 17-check valve spring

① When the rotary solenoid valve is not energized, the pressure oil from the pilot pump is cut off, port B communicates with the fuel tank, and the brake piston 7 is pushed down by the passive spring 1 so that the friction plate 5 and the steel plate 6 are pressed together, and the brake brake.
② When the rotary solenoid valve is energized, the pressure oil from the pilot pump enters port B through the rotary brake solenoid valve and flows into chamber a. The pressure oil entering chamber a overcomes the force of brake spring 1 and pushes the brake piston upward. The friction plate is separated from the steel plate and the brake is disengaged.
3. Rotary reducer
The rotary reducer is composed of a first-stage spur gear and a first-stage planetary gear, and its structure is shown in Figure 3-21.
1 a brake spring; 5-friction plate (active); 6-steel plate (driven); 7-brake piston
