Once the digging machine is turned off and the nest cannot be started, it will cause great losses to the boss. Recently, a machine owner encountered this problem: the excavator was turned off and the machine was shaking. I believe most digging friends have encountered this failure during the operation! So, what caused the excavator to stall and show signs of jitter? And how to troubleshoot and repair? The following Liteng Machinery has compiled related solutions for you:
Failure performance:
A Kobelco SK330-8 excavator will automatically shut down when the excavator starts idling during construction in the morning on the construction site and the machine still shows signs of jitter. What is going on?
After communicating through the phone, I learned that boss Liu's Kobelco SK330-8 excavator has been used for 8000 hours, and it has not been checked yet.
Analyze the cause of Kobelco excavator SK330-8 engine automatic flameout failure may be caused by the following points:
1 Excavator throttle speed regulating motor is faulty.
2 Pump failure, calibrate the pump.
3 The cylinder may be missing.
4 Injector malfunction, repair the injector.
Q: What causes the engine to shut down when the excavator is operating?
Answer: The excavator engine should be turned off, indicating that the engine power does not match the power of the hydraulic system that it mainly drives.
For engines, make sure:
1. The intake air is unobstructed (clean air filter, turbocharger works normally, etc.);
2. The fuel supply of the diesel engine supply system is normal (diesel clean, diesel filter is not blocked, high pressure pump supply pressure is normal, etc.).
For hydraulic systems, ensure that:
1. The set pressure of the main relief valve does not exceed the manufacturer's set value (about 26MPa for small digging; about 33MPa for the first digging and about 35MPa for the second grading);
2. The main pump regulator is normal (appropriate adjustment of power control spring, normal input and output of pump proportional solenoid valve, etc.).
If it is a momentary action of a certain action, you need to consider the failure of the overload charge valve (also known as safety suction valve, port overflow valve, etc.) on the hydraulic oil line of the action, which is caused by excessive pressure regulation.
The power of the hydraulic pump and the engine do not match. There is also a change of the fuel filter and the oil-water separator. If these two things are not changed for a long time, they will block. Are the pressure and fuel injection volume normal?
