Loaders often tire blowout when working on rough construction sites, such as rock surfaces. Because the front wheel bears the function of load, steering and driving, and touches the surface foreign body first, it is more prone to tire blowout. The loader tires are more self weight and are limited by site and tools, so the replacement of the front tires is time-consuming and laborious. The author has more loaders, and often in the open pit operation, when the tire burst occurs, through many years of practice, explore a simple, rapid replacement of the loader front tire method, specific as follows: the loader often occurs when a relatively bad site (such as rock face) often occurs blowout. My unit has more loaders, and often in the open pit operation, when the tire burst occurs, through many years of practice, explore a simple, rapid replacement of the loader front tire method, specific as follows:
(1) start the machine, look for a relatively flat open space, press down the arm lifter, use the arm support to leave the front wheel off the ground, and then support the flicker side near the blowout side with the support, and wedge the rear wheel well (it must be closely matched with the driver so as to avoid bodily injury).
(2) the use of the crowbar and other tools, dismantle the ring and lock ring and check the outer surface of the tire liner and the outer surface of the adhesion (tire with a longer time, the outer surface of the liner and the rim of the rim can be adhesive). If the support can be removed, the machine can run slowly in a short distance until the liner is separated from the outer surface of the rim; it is strictly forbidden to turn and drive at high speed so as not to damage the inner tube. Then, the front wheel is re - supported.
(3) mark the relative position of the inner and outer tyre to find, remove foreign matter and repair the tires.
(4) use the crowbar and other tools to remove the tyres from the rim. Attention should be made to gently cooperate with each other to avoid damage by tires, and to protect the door.
(5) if the outer tire is wounded by a slender foreign body such as a nail, if the surface has no obvious wound or small wound, the tire can continue to be used (because the loader tire is a low pressure tire, and the running speed is slow); if the wound is large, it must be repaired (because the tire is squeezed and rubbed when the machine runs, and the inner tube will be damaged by a long time. " Even the wound is bigger and bigger, the inner tube is prominent, causing the tire to be scrapped.
(6) if the new tube is new, the bolts at the bottom of the valve must be tightened to prevent air leakage; then the foreign body of the inner cavity of the outer tube should be cleared and sprinkled into the appropriate talcum powder and smeared evenly. In order for the liner to be tightly attached to the inner and outer tire, after loading the inner tube, the inner tube should be properly inflated and stuffed into the gasket.
(7) install the tire on the rim, install the lock ring and the retaining ring; protect the valve door during installation.
(8) use a vehicle air compressor to inflate the tire.
(9) press down the lifting lever of the boom and remove the bracket; at this point, the whole process will take about 50min after the replacement.
When replacing the rear tire, another loader or other lifting equipment is needed to support the rear tire, and other procedures are the same as replacing the front tire.
