Related Introduction Of Loader Parts Tires

Dec 17, 2020

The tire is one of the important parts of the loader, so besides the shape and composition of the tire, what else do you know? Although the tire is simple, it actually contains a university problem. Let us take a closer look at the tires as one of the loader accessories.

1. The tire size is usually represented by a set of numbers. The first number represents the cross-sectional width of the tire, and the latter number represents the diameter of the rim, all in inches. The middle letter or symbol has special meaning: "X" means high pressure tire; "R" and "Z" mean radial tire; "一" means low pressure tire.

2. About the layer level: The layer level refers to the nominal number of layers in the tire rubber layer, which is not completely consistent with the actual number of layers, and is an important indicator of tire strength. The levels are marked in Chinese, such as 12 levels; in English, marked, such as 14P. r is the 14th pole.

3. Cord material: Some tires are marked separately, such as "nylon", which is generally marked after the level; the world tire manufacturers mark after the specifications, using the initials of Chinese pinyin, such as 9.00-20N, 7.50-20G, etc. n stands for nylon, G stands for steel wire, M stands for cotton thread, and R stands for rayon.

4. Load and air pressure: Generally, large load and corresponding air pressure will be indicated. The load is in "kg", the air pressure is the tire pressure, and the unit is "kPa".

5. Rim specification: indicates the rim specification suitable for tires. It is convenient for practical use, such as "standard rim 5.00F".

6. Balance mark: It is made of colored rubber and printed on the sidewall, indicating that the tire is lighter. When assembling, face the valve to ensure the balance of the entire tire.

7. Rolling direction: The pattern on the tire is particularly critical for drainage and anti-skid during driving. Therefore, arrows are often used to mark the assembly rolling direction of off-road vehicle tires with asymmetrical patterns to ensure the designed adhesion and anti-skid performance. If it is not installed correctly, it will backfire.

8. Wear limit mark: rubber strips and pads are marked on one side of the tire. Once the tire wear reaches this mark position, it must be replaced in time, otherwise the tire will burst midway due to insufficient strength.

The tire is one of the indispensable accessories for our loaders, and it is also our common accessory, but you would never expect it to have so many things we don't know.
