The frequency of breaking hammer is too high and broken for a long time. The high frequency vibration of the piston rod and the excessive force will easily cause the piston rod to bend and break.

The hydraulic cylinder of the cylinder rod is telescopic to the limit, and the hydraulic cylinder is telescopic to the end position and the mining operation is carried out. In this case, the working oil cylinder and the rack will produce a large load. The impact of the bucket teeth and the impact of each axle pin may cause the internal breakage of the cylinder and the other hydraulic components.

The rear part of the crawler floats to excavate and excavate the excavator's rear body. When the bucket is separated from the rock, the body of the car will cause heavy load to the bucket, counterweight, frame and slewing bearing, which will easily cause damage.
Maintenance and maintenance methods of oil cylinder
1. Protect the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent bumping and scratching the seal. Always clean the dustproof sealing ring of the oil cylinder and the sediment on the bare piston rod to prevent the dirt from entering the cylinder and damage the piston, cylinder or seal.
(2) check the connection points of threads and bolts regularly. If loosening, it should be fastened immediately.
3. Lubricate the links frequently to prevent rust or abnormal wear in the absence of oil.
4. Replace hydraulic oil regularly and hydraulic return oil filter to ensure cleanliness and extend the service life of oil cylinder.
5. Before the operation of the working device, the air in the oil cylinder must be drained out, and the fully extended and fully reduced trial run will be carried out after 5 trips.
Observe the hydraulic oil temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, the seal will be damaged or deformed. Permanent deformation or even complete failure occurs.
After each completion of the work, the excavator should be parked on the flat ground, the piston rod is fully recovered, the cylinder is in a large cavity state, and the hydraulic oil in the cylinder is refluted to the tank to ensure that the cylinder does not bear pressure.
