1.1 working principle

The crawler walking device of Daewoo excavator consists of "four wheels and one belt" (that is, driving wheel 2, guide wheel 7, supporting wheel 3, supporting wheel 6, and crawler 1), tensioning device 4 and buffer spring 5, walking mechanism 11, walking It consists of a frame (including the underframe 10, the beam 9 and the crawler frame 8). When the excavator is running, the driving wheel generates a pulling force on the tight side of the crawler and the grounding section (support section), in an attempt to remove the crawler from the supporting wheels. Pulling out, because there is sufficient adhesion between the crawler under the supporting wheel and the ground, the crawler is prevented from pulling out, forcing the driving wheel to roll the crawler, and the guide wheel lays the crawler on the ground, so that the excavator can use the supporting wheel along the Move forward along the track of the crawler.


Hydraulically driven crawler walking device, when the excavator is steering, the walking motor installed on the two crawlers and supplied by two hydraulic pumps respectively (a special control valve is required to operate when one oil pump is used to supply oil) through the oil The control of the road can easily realize steering or turning on the spot to adapt to the movement of the excavator on various grounds and sites.
