Rental rate index
In January 2023, the rental rate of aerial work platforms decreased by 39.8% month-on-month and 23.8% year-on-year. Since the Spring Festival holiday in 2022 is at the beginning of February, the data of January 2023 is basically the same as that of February 2022. The rental rate of all aircraft models has declined to varying degrees due to the holiday.
Rent price index
According to the statistics and calculation of the reported data, the rent price index of aerial work platform in January 2023 decreased by 10.3% month-on-month and 30.7% year-on-year. The change of rent price is also closely related to the Spring Festival holiday. The largest month-on-month decline is the boom above 30m, with a decline of more than 20% in each meter segment. The rent price trend of mainstream models below 30m is relatively stable.
