Komatsu announced plans to acquire German construction machinery manufacturer GHH

Komatsu, in Milwaukee, Germany, announced today that it had reached an agreement to acquire GHH Group GmbH (GHH), a manufacturer of underground mining, tunnel and special civil engineering equipment headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
GHH, founded in the 1960s, is currently a part of the German-funded Schmidt Kranz Group. It provides a wide range of equipment, focusing on loaders (LHDs) and articulated dump trucks for medium-large scale mining, narrow veins and low-profile markets. The company also provides after-sales parts and service support for customers throughout the entire life of each machine. Through this acquisition, Komatsu will increase GHH's factories and reconstruction facilities in key markets, as well as its powerful 名媛直播 and excellent employees.
