2. Common faults and elimination of mixing system


2.1 Mixing system leakage


Concrete pump trucks are generally equipped with lubricating equipment to prevent leakage of cement slurry at the mixing shaft. The distribution valve of the pumping system can complete the delivery of lubricating grease once every round trip, and then send the lubricating oil through the grease distribution valve to the mixing In the shaft bearing, in this way, it can effectively play the role of sealing and lubrication.

2.2 Rotating failure of the mixing shaft
