A8V series hydraulic pumps (including A8V86 and A8V115) are produced by Uchida, Japan, and used on DH200W-Ⅲ type excavator (tire type).
1 Overview
This hydraulic pump has one input shaft, two gearboxes (gear transmission ratio is 1:1) driven by oblique shaft variable variable axial piston pump, and is equipped with various control devices. The hydraulic pump also includes two gear pumps as hydraulic pumps for various control and auxiliary work. The control principle of A8V series hydraulic pump is shown in Figure 16-62.
2. Structure
and function The rotation direction of the rotary component on the drive shaft side is the same as that of the engine, and the rotary component on the driven side rotates in the opposite direction. The two rotary components suck oil from the same oil suction port S, and the oil separates after entering the main pump. The oil discharge ports A and A are connected to the oil discharge pipelines on both sides of the control part. The two rotary components are connected to their respective drive shafts, and each has a cylinder and seven plungers. Each cylinder block frictionally slides on the spherical valve plate, and the plunger sucks and drains oil from the lubricated groove-shaped oil suction port and oil discharge port.
The structure of A8V series hydraulic pump is shown in Figure 16-63.
The plunger makes a reciprocating motion in the plunger hole of the cylinder, the size of the plunger stroke depends on the inclination of the cylinder axis and the input axis
The size and angle of inclination also determine the output flow of the main pump. The maximum inclination angle is defined by the screw plug, and the minimum inclination angle is positioned by the baffle. The size of the inclination angle is adjusted by the hydraulic pump regulator according to the external command signal.
