The demolition and installation procedures for Hyundai excavator engines are as follows:
1 first pull the lock on the hood of the engine hood, then open the hood of the engine, remove the spring and remove the maple hood after the joint mark is placed at the junction of the dumpling chain.
2 turn on the radiator and the water splashing switch on the engine block and clean the cooling water.
3 remove the alpine battery.
4 remove the rubber hose of radiator and water chamber.
5 remove the radiator core.
6 remove the fan belt.
7 remove the air filter.
8 open the connection between throttle valve linkage rod and throttle pedal rod damper.
9 remove the oil pipe.
10 remove the carburetor.
11 remove the wiring of the starter (or remove the starter).
12 remove the low voltage line of the distributor.
13 remove the high voltage line of the ignition coil.
14 remove the wiring of the oil pressure inductive plug and the water temperature inductive plug.
15 remove the soft axis of the speed meter.
16 remove the exhaust pipe.
17 in case of dismantling the engine without clutch, a support should be placed underneath the transmission, and the installation screw check of the clutch housing should be removed.
18 disconnect the clutch pedal in advance when it is removed together with the transmission.
19 release the front and rear bearings of the engine, hang the wire rope behind the hard front of the engine, or install the lifting ring on the cylinder head, pull it up and pull it out of the engine.
20 when the engine is installed on the vehicle, it can be carried out in reverse order.
