1. Working procedures:
(1) Qualification requirements
Forklift drivers must be trained by the labor department and obtain a forklift driving operation license before being allowed to work. Unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited from driving the forklift.
(2) Without the approval of the department, the forklift driver is not allowed to teach others to drive the forklift without authorization.
(3) Check before driving to check whether the turn signals, brakes, horns, headlights, and mirrors are intact; whether the fork is bent, damaged or cracked. Check the brake fluid for leaks.
2. Driving regulations
(1) Forklift operators must wear safety helmets.
(2) Anyone who uses a forklift must use a special key for the forklift. It is not allowed to pull out the key after starting, nor can it start the forklift with other non-forklift keys to avoid damage to the lock.
(3) When the forklift is started, pay attention to observe whether there are other vehicles, pedestrians or obstacles around; turn the rear mirror and observe the left and right sides, turn on the indicator light, slow down and sound the horn; should look first when reversing After looking down the mirror and looking back, the obstacle-free objects can start driving.
(4) When starting the forklift, each start should not exceed 5 seconds, and the restart should be more than 10 to 15 seconds apart, and if it is unsuccessful for three consecutive starts, it should be restarted at 5 minutes. When starting in winter, it should be warmed up before starting. If none of the above operations can be started, the maintenance personnel should be notified to deal with it in time to avoid damage to the battery.
(5) The forklift must drive in the direction of "upper right and lower left". The entrance and exit of the forklift should slow down and sound the horn. You must concentrate when driving, and not be paralyzed.
(6) Keep a certain distance between the vehicle and the road edge to ensure safety. There is material on the forklift truck. When going down the slope, you should drive in reverse and control the speed of the vehicle. Drive slowly when going up and down the slope.
(7) The fork should be 200-300mm away from the ground when driving, and it is not allowed to raise or lower the cargo while traveling.
(8) Observe the factory speed limit, and the vehicle speed should not exceed 5km / h; speeding is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.
(9) At crossroads or other invisible places, please slow down and sound the horn; when driving and turning on damp, uneven ground, please slow down; avoid sharp turns and avoid driving on the surface of unstable objects.
(10) When stopping during transportation, be sure to pull up the hand brake and engage the neutral gear to leave the forklift.
(11) The height of the structure should be paid attention to the entrance and exit of the forklift, and no blind entry or exit is allowed. (12) When driving, for non-business needs, general personnel are not allowed to sit beside the forklift driver, let alone transport people, or perform other work not related to forklift operations.
(13) Do not connect the forklift truck circuit such as battery in the workshop or dangerous goods warehouse without authorization, so as to avoid sparks.
(14) Overdrive is strictly prohibited.
3. Handling regulations
(1) The goods transported by the forklift must not be too high, so as not to block the driver's sight and cause an accident; except for short-distance displacement, the two boards of goods shall not be transported at the same time.
(2) When lifting the goods, the fork must be lifted first and then lifted. When lowered, the fork should be lowered and then tilted.
(3) When working with a forklift, you must stand firmly on the card board with the bottom plate to work. Do not stand on the fork and work.
(4) Do not transport loose goods to avoid overturning. They should be fixed firmly before transportation; use a pallet to lift the items, and objects that are not stable, such as large height equipment, empty barrels, easy-to-slide cylinders or objects must be tied Tighten the rope, and then lift it.
(5) It is forbidden to directly transport flammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous goods with forks.
(6) When parking, do not hang the fork. The driver is not allowed to leave the forklift when the fork is suspended.
(7) No matter whether there is loading or not, no one can stay under the fork.
(8) The unloaded goods must be stacked in an orderly and orderly place, and no goods or forklifts should be parked at the entrance of the aisle.
4. Parking requirements
(1) After the work is completed, park the forklift at the designated location, lay the fork flat on the ground and carry out the necessary inspection and cleaning of the vehicle.
(2) After parking, place the steering rod in the center position and pull the hand brake.
V. Maintenance regulations
(1) Pay attention to maintenance work, and check if there is any abnormal brake or other faults before driving and promptly notify the maintenance department to deal with it.
(2) During normal work, if you notice abnormal sounds or malfunctions in the forklift, you should stop using it immediately and notify the maintenance department for maintenance. Drivers are not allowed to dismantle and repair them without permission.
(3) The driver appointed by the department to maintain the forklift shall assist the maintenance personnel to carry out a comprehensive maintenance and repair work every year.
Six, inspection and cleaning
The inspection period of the forklift is four times per month (1 time / week), and the forklift is cleaned once a week.
