Cause 3: The oil temperature is too low to make the oil have too high. Exclude: Adjusting to recommend normal working oil temperature.

Cause 5: Inhalation of the filtration accuracy of the suction port filter causes the oil absorption and eliminating the method: according to the correct use of the filter.
Cause 6: The system oil filtration accuracy is low, causing the blade to hold in the tank. Exclude: Demolition, grinding oil pump internally, carefully replaced, and replace hydraulic oil.
Cause 7: Small displacement oil pump suction. Exclude: Take hydraulic oil to the pump. Cause 8: Inhaled pipeline leakage. Exclude: Check the pipelines of the pipe and sealed, and sturdy.
2, traffic is not enough to reach the rated value
Cause 1: The speed does not reach the rated speed. Exclude: The generator speed is selected as specified according to the specification.
Cause 2: There is a leak in the system. Exclude: Check the system, repair the leakage point.
Cause 3: Since the oil pump is working for a long time, the vibration makes the pump cover screw. Exclude: Tighten the screws appropriately.
Cause 4: Inhaled pipeline leakage. Exclude: Check each joint and sealed, fastened.
Cause 5: Insufficient oil surface in the oil tank is not sufficient. Exclude: Supplement Oil to the lowest oil label line.
Cause 6: The entrance oil is blocked. Exclude: Cleaning the filter or the oil filter is less than 2 times the oil pump flow.
Cause 7: The suction pipe is blocked or small. Exclude: Cleaning the pipe, select the suction tube that is not smaller than the inlet of the oil pump.
