Yc13-5 excavator hydraulic system is a three pump three circuit quantitative hydraulic system. The hydraulic system mechanically operates the walking and bulldozing, and the other actions are controlled by the pilot.
The first pump sends oil to port P of multi-channel valve to drive bucket cylinder, boom cylinder and left travel motor
The main work flow of the first pump: the first pump is a multi-channel valve P port and a bucket cylinder. One - boom cylinder. A center swivel - left travel motor.
The second pump sends oil to port P2 of the multi-way valve to drive the swing motor, stick cylinder and right travel motor.
Main work flow of the second pump: the second pump - port P2 of multi-channel valve - selector valve - rotary motor. One stick cylinder. A central swivel and a right travel motor.
The oil delivery from the third pump enters the bulldozer valve to drive the bulldozer cylinder or supply oil to the pilot control oil circuit.

Yc13-5 excavator oil pump is a triple gear pump, which is composed of three single pumps connected in series. The output flow of the gear pump is fixed. The output flow of the first pump and the second pump is the same, 17.2 L / min respectively, and the output flow of the third pump is 6.7 L / min. The first and second pumps share one oil suction port, the third pump has one oil suction port, each of the three pumps has one oil outlet, and the joint of each oil outlet has a pressure tap for measuring the working pressure of each hydraulic oil circuit.

The multi-way valve has two main oil inlet ports P1 and P2. The oil from port P1 can supply the bucket, boom and left travel, the oil from port P2 can supply the swing, stick and right travel, and P1 and P2 can combine in the auxiliary valve to supply the auxiliary device (hammer).
P the oil inlet block has an oil inlet "P" and a safety valve (No. 1) to limit the maximum working pressure of the bucket, boom and left travel. If the pressure of the hydraulic circuit of the bucket, boom and left travel exceeds 16MPa, the safety valve will be opened to allow the excess oil to flow back to the oil tank from the safety valve. If the safety valve fails, the bucket, boom and left travel will be affected; P2 oil inlet block has one oil inlet "P2", one oil outlet "t" and one safety valve (No. 4). If this safety valve fails, it will affect the rotation, stick and right travel. The set pressure of these two safety valves is 16MPa.
There is an overload valve on the boom valve, which limits the maximum locking pressure of the boom cylinder chamber in the locking state. If the overload valve fails, it will affect the working force of the boom cylinder chamber; There is an overload valve on the stick valve. If the overload valve fails, it will affect the working force of the large chamber of the stick cylinder. The set pressure of overload valve is 21MPa.
When each valve element of the multi-way valve is in the middle position, the oil from ports PI and P2 flows back to the oil tank from the oil outlet T through the middle oil passage of the multi-way valve
The valve circuit is connected in parallel, and the rotary valve, stick valve and right travel valve circuits are also connected in parallel. They can work independently for compound action.
