1. Hydraulic motor failure
When the excavator is unable to rotate, the hydraulic motor needs to be checked. The hydraulic motor converts the hydraulic pressure energy into mechanical energy output, so as to make the platform rotate. When the energy input to the hydraulic motor is reduced and the platform rotation resistance cannot be overcome, it may cause weak rotation.
2. Safety valve failure
When the safety valve is not tightly sealed, it will affect the speed of the excavator slewing platform. If these valves are worn, the valve core and valve seat will be squeezed by pressure, and the tightness will be reduced, and the working pressure oil will leak out of the oil valve, resulting in the failure of weak rotation of the excavator.
3. The damping hole of pressure limiting valve is blocked
Another point is that the damping hole of the pressure limiting valve is blocked. As the pressure limiting valve is often opened, the valve seat sleeve is easy to wear, and external impurities will enter the oil pump, causing the damping hole of the pressure limiting valve to be blocked.
4. Slewing reducer and slewing bearing failure
The slewing reducer and slewing support are important components of the slewing mechanism. When the internal bearings and gears are worn, they will make abnormal noise or vibration. It will also affect the normal rotation of the slewing platform, causing the problem of slow slewing.
Through the above-mentioned reasons for the failure of slewing weakness, it is not difficult to see that there are many situations and reasons for slewing weakness.
