The reasonable speed drop of each model is different. Generally, the speed drop of about 200r/min is normal. The cause of engine overload may be the decrease of engine power or the excessive resistance torque of the pump. Generally, check the intake and exhaust systems, fuel system, power supply, pump control solenoid valve, etc.
2. When the engine is overloaded during excavator operation, check whether the exhaust pipe emits black smoke. If there is no black smoke, check whether the engine has insufficient fuel injection, and check whether the fuel pump and oil circuit are blocked;
3. Check whether the air inlet and exhaust systems are blocked or leaked, and whether the power supply and the excavator computer board control circuit are poorly powered; Test whether the output pressure of the pump power control solenoid valve is normal, whether the solenoid proportional valve is stuck or relieved, whether the pump control proportional valve is burnt out, whether the power supply current is normal, and whether the computer board is faulty?
4. Whether the pressure of the main pump is normal, adjust the torque of the pump to reduce, and see whether the overload phenomenon has improved. If the machine slows down significantly, the engine power is insufficient or the pump efficiency is reduced.
