As the power source of the excavator, the performance of the diesel engine directly affects the economic and dynamic performance of the excavator, and the daily protection is very important.
Check the fastening of the screw of the diesel engine frame and the connection of each part. When it is found that the diesel engine is unstable, the fastening of the installation pad and the fixed bolt of the diesel engine should be specially reserved.
Two cooling system
1 check the cooling water, add clean water and water when insufficient. When the diesel engine is hot, the water tank can not be opened directly to avoid hot gas. The cooling water can not use well water and spring water; when the cooling water is overheated, the diesel engine should be cooled and then take part in the cooling water.
2 check the tightness of the fan belt.
3 observe the leakage of water tanks, pumps, pipes and so on.
4 clear the radiator and debris.
Three check the oil level and the quality of the oil, add it when it is not enough, and change the oil for serious chance.
1, check the oil plane, stop the excavator flat and stop for five minutes after the flameout. The oil plane should be kept between the medium line and the upper line (or 1/2 above). When the oil plane is lower than the lower line, the diesel engine is strictly prohibited. When the oil is insufficient, the same brand oil should be added.
2. Check whether there is oil leakage in the oil pan or cover.
3. The quality of the oil should be checked in the hot car.
Four after operation, check:
1 views are normal.
A normal exhaust smoke is colorless or light gray.
B caved blue smoke is caused by burning oil, black smoke is caused by incomplete combustion of diesel oil, and a light white smoke is caused by the water participation and combustion, and the strong white smoke is caused by the combustion of diesel oil.
2 listen to the sound: the diesel engine must operate smoothly without any abnormal noise.
It is normal for a a diesel engine to have a flexible valve pedal at medium and low speed. When the sharp clicking valve pedal is heard, the clearance is too large to be adjusted in time.
B should not have annoying spindle shears and crisp connecting rod tiles.
When the C hot car is at medium and low speed, it is normal to knock out the cylinder slightly, without the sound of the cylinder to clarify that the oil supply is too late, the sound of the knock cylinder is too large or it is still obvious at high speed. It may be premature fuel supply or the gap between piston and cylinder sleeve is too large.
The D exhaust pipe must not have a "sudden" shot.
3 the diesel engine must operate smoothly. When the diesel engine shakes and the speed is abnormal, it must eliminate the trouble in time.
4 test the oil throttle to determine the working condition of the diesel engine.
When a slow acceleration, diesel engine speed should be able to rise evenly, and there should be no dull and shudder.
When B is speeding up, the speed of the diesel engine should be agility, and the sound of a slight knock is normal and the exhaust pipe sound is normal.
5 pay attention to the working temperature of diesel engine. Overheating and undercooling are not conducive to the normal operation of the diesel engine.
6 observe the leakage and oil leakage of the diesel engine.
7, pay attention to the instigation of the instruments, especially the oil meter.
