Tire pattern knowledge
1. The longitudinal pattern has low resistance and high speed, and is suitable for cement, asphalt and other roads.
2. The transverse pattern has strong grip and good climbing performance, and is suitable for general pavement.
3. The mixed pattern combines the characteristics of longitudinal pattern and transverse pattern, and is suitable for a variety of roads.
4. The off-road pattern is suitable for roads without roads or in poor conditions.
5. When the tread pattern is ground to the wear mark, it shall be stopped.
Precautions for tire pressure
1. The tire shall be inflated according to the air pressure specified in the "corresponding table of air pressure load" in the current national standard.
2. After the tire is inflated, check whether there is air leakage at all parts. If air leakage is found, repair it in time.
3. The internal pressure of the tire must be normal during use. When running or working for a long time, check the tire pressure regularly; When parking for a long time, the front and rear axles must be erected.
4. If the pressure is too high, the tire is easy to wear and burst; The air pressure is low, and the tire is easy to deform and crush.
5. When the tires are installed together, the inflation of the two tires shall be the same, and the air pressure of one tire shall not be high and the air pressure of the other tire shall not be low.
6. The tolerance range of air pressure shall comply with the following provisions:
Tolerance range of air pressure used:
Tyre type tolerance
Car tire plus or minus 10KPA
Truck tire plus or minus 20KPa
Construction machinery tires plus or minus 30KPa
Tyre Application Guide
When the new car is matched, the same vehicle shall be equipped with tires of the same brand; When changing tires, try to install tires with the same brand, specification, level and pattern on the same axle; Hybrid assembly of bias tire and radial structure is not allowed.
When installing directional pattern tires, pay attention to the rotation direction indicated by the arrow mark on the sidewall. If you often drive on a hard road, the tires of the driven wheel (such as the tires on the front axle or trailer axle) are installed in the opposite direction. If there is no road or field operation, it is not necessary to install in the opposite direction (front axle tires installed in the opposite direction).
The load (L) capacity of the tire is directly proportional to the 0.585 power of the inflation pressure (P). The high pressure load is large, and the low pressure load is small. Within the safe range, the load will increase or decrease by 5% when the air pressure increases or decreases by 10%. Users can adjust the air pressure to the air pressure corresponding to the load according to their vehicle loading speed. In special environments (such as desert and swamp), it is allowed to reduce the air pressure, reduce the grounding specific pressure and strengthen the carrying capacity. The air pressure decreases, the load capacity decreases and the service life decreases. By driving at low speed, the tire load force can be increased accordingly. When the two tires are installed together, the air pressure of the two tires shall be equal. Otherwise, the load will easily increase to the tire with higher air pressure, resulting in artificial overload. However, if you often drive on the road with large camber, and the tire pressure of the outer gear can be 20KPa higher than that of the inner gear.
The speed of vehicles or machines and tools, transportation or operation is related to the load force of tires; When the air pressure remains unchanged, the speed decreases, the load increases, the speed increases, and the load decreases. In the off highway environment, the recognized basic speeds are 10km / h and 50km / h respectively. If you basically drive on the road, you can increase the load force of the tire and increase the air pressure accordingly.
Every 5000km or so (or about 200H of operation), if conditions permit, adjust the surface and transpose the tires with the secondary maintenance of the vehicle. It is an effective way to promote the replacement of tires for the whole vehicle and improve the service life. Tire cross transposition method.
