(2) check the direction of the crawler frame, determine the position of the driving wheel, then press the horn, and the excavator starts to walk slowly.
(3) when the excavator reversing, it is necessary to predict the space behind the vehicle ahead of time. If the blind area is too large, the special person should be ordered to coordinate at the back.
(4) the driver can control the walking speed according to the road conditions, and the "1" can be selected when walking on the open flat. The speed of the excavator will automatically rise or fall according to the working pressure of the hydraulic circuit, and the "0" gear can be chosen in the upper and lower slopes, and the excavator can walk at low speed and large torque.
(5) when excavators walk, choose flat road as far as possible so as to avoid rotation of upper turntable. Avoid running rocks and running motors and crawler frames when walking on bad ground.
(6) the excavator walks on the ramp as far as possible. Keep the bucket on the ground 20-30cm, and put down the bucket immediately if there is a slip and roll. If there is a flameout on the ramp, the bucket should be put to the ground, the control rod is placed in the middle, and then the engine is restarted.
(7) to avoid the excavator walking in the water as much as possible, if it is necessary to wade, it is necessary to explore the depth of water and the soft and hard platform at the bottom of the water, so that the underwater mud is too deep, or the water surface exceeds the track, it is not suitable to walk.
