The hydraulic part is mainly divided into three parts
1： Hydraulic pump · our hydraulic pump is: variable displacement, swashplate type, piston pump.
Common accessories purchased by general customers: hydraulic pump, pump liner, plunger, port plate, nine empty plate
2： The distribution valve distributor is: 7 spool single valve block servo hydraulic operation.
Main functions: boom and jib return to prevent boom and jib offset
3： The pilot operating handle mainly includes: pilot pump and operating handle
Working device of excavator
1： Swing motor
2： Travel motor
3： Center swivel
4： Four wheel belt (idler, carrier roller, roller, drive wheel, tensioning cylinder, crawler)
5： Boom cylinder, jib cylinder, stick cylinder, boom, jib VI: bucket, jib head, I-frame
Basic knowledge of excavator accessories
1: Lubricating oil knowledge, main functions of lubricating oil: lubrication, anti-corrosion, heat dissipation, cleaning, sealing and cushioning, such as apicl-4, which is formulated according to the standards of American Petroleum Association. The level is CL-4, C represents diesel engine and s represents gasoline engine
Engines with turbochargers must use oils above CD grade
2: For the main sealing bags, we generally recommend customers to purchase them in complete sets, but do not provide customers with single pieces separately.
3: Generally, the price of common parts with substitutes is half the price of the original factory! So you can recommend some customers who are particularly price sensitive
