As we all know, excavators have many working accessories. In addition to the most common bucket, there are also common gun heads. Let's continue to talk about the precautions after installing breaker hammer.
1. After the breaker hammer is installed on the excavator, do not close the jib and bucket cylinder. At most, you can only harvest like the one shown in the figure above. As long as you close it, the breaker hammer tip will scratch a trace under the boom, and the boss can see what the situation is at a glance.
2. After the XCMG excavator is loaded with the gun head and the flat car, it also stops in this way, so that the Qianqiu frame can be placed flat and stick firmly to the iron level of the flat car, so that the gun head will not shake up and down during the transportation of the excavator.
We all know that if the hydraulic oil pipe explodes, it needs to exhaust air, but if something in the gun head is broken, the first thing to disassemble and repair is to discharge nitrogen, do you know? The place where nitrogen is put is the small screw on the tail. Disassemble it and use a screwdriver to push it. Be sure to release it slowly. If you release it too fast, the gas will scare you. If you open the gun head for inspection without nitrogen, the four screws at the tail will pop out, which is very powerful and dangerous. In short, it is very dangerous to remove the breaker hammer without nitrogen. Remember!
Some construction sites don't use breaker hammer. Do you just let it rain and wind? The correct way is to cover the butter beating position with an effective waterproof object (such as a cement bag on the construction site), so that the rain will not enter the breaker hammer. When it is sunny, take away the bag and let the breaker hammer bask in the sun, If you are a driver with a strong sense of responsibility and the breaker hammer is not used on the construction site for a long time, release the nitrogen and push the breaker hammer tip, so as to ensure that there is no gap between the breaker hammer tip and the medium steel body. Although this method is troublesome, it greatly protects the service life of the breaker hammer.
