1. Operation process of bulldozer
General provisions
1. The driver must be familiar with the structure, performance, and usage of each part of the vehicle, so that he can drive, maintain, and eliminate simple faults.
2. The captain responsibility system must be implemented, and the captain is directly responsible for the normal operation, safe production and safety of the vehicle.
3. Bulldozers are not allowed to run with disease. When abnormal conditions such as abnormal noise and heat are found during driving, stop immediately, find out the reason, and continue driving until the fault is removed. After returning, you should report to the relevant department in time and make corresponding records.
4. Replace the antifreeze in the cold season. For example, when cooling water is used, when the air temperature is below 5 ℃, the cooling water should be added with hot water of about 80 ℃. After the hot water is discharged from the water discharge switch, it should be closed and continue to be filled.
Second, the matters needing attention in the use of bulldozers
1. The new machine should go through the running-in stage before use, and should not be put into use directly. During the "run-in" process, special attention should be paid to lubrication and maintenance, as well as instrument inspection work, and troubleshooting should be found in time.
2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the cooling water should be heated to 80 ℃ and then added to the water tank, until the water cut-off door flows out and closes, and then continue to fill.
3. During the starting process: Do not pull directly from neutral to the second or third gear position, otherwise the starting speed of the second-hand bulldozer will be too high, causing the transmission element to bear excessive impact load. Before shifting the gear, do not pull the throttle lever to the maximum throttle position. The moving position of each joystick plate must be accurate and thorough, and do not stop, so as not to make the clutch friction plate slip, causing serious burns and wear.
4. After the diesel engine is started, it must be preheated without load, and the oil temperature does not reach the working range. Do not start driving.
5. In the process of shifting and advancing and retreating: when manipulating the shifting lever, step on the accelerator pedal first, and then pull the shifting lever. If the car does not drive when it is pulled from a certain gear to a desired gear, it can be pulled from a certain gear to a neutral position, and then pulled to the desired gear. If there is no special need, avoid turning on the spot at high speed to avoid serious wear or other damage to the walking system.
6. Driving on uneven roads or on watery ground:
Use low speed as much as possible to avoid emergency and frequent rotation. When driving on rocky roads, the tension of the track should be tightened slightly to reduce wear on the track shoe. The blade and loosening teeth should not be lifted too high, generally 400mm from the ground. When crossing a large obstacle, slow down slowly. Avoid crossing diagonally over tall obstacles, and do not pull the steering and brake levers. Use the method of "disengaging" the side steering clutch as the overtaking measure. When the bulldozer is driving on watery ground, the diesel engine fan should not be placed on the water surface to splash water.
7. When parking and the diesel engine is turned off: To ensure safety and avoid accidents, the shovel should be grounded before the diesel engine is stopped and stopped.
8. In shoveling and loosening operations:
In the shoveling or loosening operation, if it encounters a large resistance and cannot move forward, the shoveling or loosening operation should be stopped immediately, and the operation must not be forced. Measures such as adjusting the cutting amount of the working device or the bulldozer back should be taken. The bulldozer should avoid pulling the steering and brake levers when shoveling or loosening. When the direction of the bulldozer needs to be adjusted, the load of the bulldozer should be reduced to a certain level before pulling the steering and brake levers.
When hard objects such as stones are interposed between the crawler track and the walking part and other components, they should be driven at a low speed in the opposite direction to remove the hard objects and then proceed with the operation. Do not let the engine run at idle speed for a long time, especially when using the "Cummins" engine of Chongqing plant, to prevent the temperature of the combustion chamber from being too low and the fuel cannot be completely burned, causing carbon deposits, clogging the injection holes, and stuck valves.
9. Driving on steep slopes:
The bulldozer slope angle cannot be greater than 30 degrees in the longitudinal direction and 25 degrees in the lateral direction. In general, large-angle slopes should be avoided, especially horizontal and large-angle slopes. If you must drive on a steep slope, the driver should go through certain training or select experienced people to prevent accidents. When the bulldozer is going downhill on a steep slope, it should select a low gear, the throttle lever of the diesel engine should be placed in a small opening position, and the master brake pedal should be controlled to prevent the car from slipping.
When the bulldozer moves forward and downhill on a steep slope, if steering is required, the steering process can be the same as the steering process in general. However, because the weight of the bulldozer itself on a steep slope can cause a downward trend, the time required to pull the steering and brake levers should not be too long. If one half of the stroke of the joystick is pulled, only one side of the steering clutch is disengaged, and the bulldozer will slowly turn to the opposite side under the influence of its own weight. This is contrary to the effect of flat steering, please pay attention to the operator.
