Usually the rear indicator light of the forklift consists of a red brake light, a red indicator light, a yellow turn signal and a white reversing light. In order to meet the aesthetic requirements of the vehicle, the rear indicator light of the SF160 heavy-duty forklift produced by Shantui only has two colors of red and yellow. Only the red brake light, red width indicator and yellow turn signal are provided, but no setting White reversing lights.
The reverse indicator function is realized by the two rear working lights behind the cab, that is, the working lights are the reversing lights during the day and the rear lights at night. This design is based on the fact that the reloaded forklift is mostly used for port container loading and unloading. Forklifts do not need to be illuminated by rear working lights during daytime operation, and the rear working lights happen to be used as reverse lights. At night, the light in the port is relatively dim, and the front and rear work lights must be turned on when the forklift is operating to ensure the safety of the operation.
The control principle of the forklift's rear working light is shown in the attached drawing. ), Reversing buzzer 8, work light switch 9, headlight combination switch 11, etc. The working process is as follows:
When the forklift is working during the day, the mode change switch 1 should be placed in the day gear (that is, 1, 5 is closed). When reversing, the transmission electronic control unit 2 sends a low level to the coil of the reversing relay 3, and the main contact of the reversing relay 3 is closed (ie 30 and 87 are closed). The current flows from the positive pole of the battery 4, through the fuse 5, the main contacts of the reversing relay 3, and the contacts (1 and 5) of the mode change switch 1, to the rear working lights 6, 7, and then returns to the negative pole of the battery 4, forming a loop. At the same time, the two rear working lights 6, 7 light up, and the reversing buzzer 8 turns on and beeps.
When the forklift is working at night, the mode change switch 1 should be in the night gear (that is, 7 and 5 are closed), and the work light switch 9 is closed at the same time. At this time, the current flows from the positive pole of the battery 4, through the fuse 10, the contacts (1 and 5) of the work light switch 9 and the contacts (7 and 5) of the mode change switch 1, to the rear work lights 6, 7 To the negative electrode of the battery 4, a loop is formed. At this time, regardless of whether the forklift is backing up, the two rear working lights 6, 7 are always on to play a lighting role.
If the work light switch 9 is not closed at night, the two rear work lights 6 and 7 will not respond when the forklift is reversing, and only the reversing buzzer 8 will sound. If the night mode changeover switch 1 is in the day gear (that is, 1 and 5 are closed), the rear working lights 6, 7 are only lit when reversing.
In addition, in order to facilitate the driver to see the working status of each switch at night, the work light switch 9 and the mode switch 1 are provided with indicator lights. When the headlight combination switch 11 is in the wide display gear, the front and rear wide lights of the forklift light up, and the indicator lights on the work light switch 9 and the mode change switch 1 are also constantly on.
