Diagnose the unsteady load of small and medium load

situation:

Small and medium-sized diesel engines have unstable loads and insufficient power, which makes them easy to stop.

reason:

(1) Certain cylinders of diesel engines work intermittently;

(2) Two or three cylinders of diesel engines do not work well;

(3) The diesel pump is not working smoothly;

(4) The fuel injection pump cannot work normally;

(5) The speed regulating motor is faulty;

(6) Accelerator pedal operation failure.


Clear method:

(1) By observing the smoke color of the exhaust pipe, listening to the noise of the diesel engine and touching the working pressure pulsation of the hydraulic oil pipe by hand, distinguish whether some cylinders are working abnormally or not working:

(2) Observe whether a certain cylinder is not working by removing the hydraulic oil pipe of a certain cylinder. After determining the fault, proceed to the next step;

(3) Overhaul the diesel engine itself;

(4) Overhaul each cylinder's fuel injection pump;

(5) Overhaul the diesel pump;

(6) Adjust the timing angle of the diesel oil pump;

(7) Adjust the accelerator pedal control organization;

(8) Fill qualified gasoline and diesel.

Diagnosis of insufficient driving force for large loads

situation:

Diesel engines have insufficient high-speed and high-load driving force, weak starting uphill, and poor power such as accelerated fatigue.

reason:

Diesel engines are mainly characterized by insufficient driving force at heavy load. In fact, the driving force is not enough at low load and medium load, but the main performance is not significant. Diesel engines have good power performance at high speed and high load, and generally do not have insufficient power failure at small and medium loads.

(1) Some cylinders of the diesel engine do not work, or two or three cylinders work abnormally;

(2) The diesel pump works poorly;

(3) The fuel injection pump works poorly;

(4) The interruption of fuel supply is likely to lead to unsustainable accidents;

(5) The timing angle of the oil pump is incorrect;

(6) The accelerator pedal organization fails.


Clear method:

(1) Overhaul the diesel engine to ensure that all cylinders of the diesel engine work normally;

(2) Overhaul the diesel pump of the diesel engine. The working pressure of the oil pump of each cylinder is consistent with the ignition advance angle, and the load exceeds the rated current at high speed and high load;

(3) Overhaul each cylinder's fuel injection pump;

(4) Overhaul the high-pressure oil pump to ensure that reliable oil supply is interrupted, which may cause accidents;

(5) Adjust the speed regulating motor and adjust the angle of view of the oil pump timing;

(6) Adjust the operation organization of the accelerator pedal. When the accelerator pedal is in the end, make sure that the diesel pump control gear rack is in the open position;

(7) Filled with gasoline and diesel that are qualified;

(8) The failure of insufficient power is indeed caused by the diesel engine itself for a long time, and various damages, such as lower cylinder pressure, damage to the piston rod and piston ring, improper adjustment of the valve mechanism, and improper sealing of the cylinder.
