Diagnosis of starter failure
situation:

reason:

(10) The diesel engine is malfunctioning.
Clear method:
(1) Check whether the battery is fully charged. If it is confirmed that the battery is not sufficiently charged, take out the battery and charge it; replace the battery when necessary;
(2) Connect the battery terminal and connector;
(3) Repair the battery wire connector;
(4) Check the starting power supply circuit to make fire on the starter terminal block;
(5) Check the electromagnetic relay of the starter and clear the fault of the electromagnetic relay; when starting, you should also hear the sound of electromagnetic relay closing and breaking;
(6) Check and repair the starter;
(7) Restart, make the starter drive gear mesh with the engine flywheel transmission gear;
(8) Repair the rolling bearing of the starter bearing end cover of the starter;
(9) The torque of the starter is insufficient, and the starter should be replaced when necessary;
(10) Maintain the diesel engine and make the diesel engine operate at all normal loads.
