Removal of black smoke from excavators: we need to check carefully and adjust the injector in good time to ensure good atomization and no drop of oil. Then reduce the resistance of the intake system of the engine, and quickly clean the air filter element to ensure the accuracy of the valve timing. Then we need to adjust the fuel injection pump on the checkout to make sure that the adjustment is correct. We also need to adjust the appropriate oil supply advance angle and use the standard fuel. Sometimes, because we suddenly step on the accelerator, when the engine is in normal operation, it will also cause black smoke and exhaust. If we find that the piston ring is seriously damaged in the inspection, we need to replace the new piston ring.
