Hold the connector when dismantled.
When the connector is disassembled, the connector must be held instead of the wire. If the connector is fixed with a screw, the screw should be completely loosened, then a grip is held and the socket is pulled out. The connector with a lock stop is pressed and the connector is pulled with the thumb.
You must never pull with one hand.
When dismantling from the terminal
When the connector is detached from the terminal, the connector should be pulled out in parallel with the terminal.
If the connector is twisted up and down and left or right, it may damage the shell.
(3) treatment of disassembled connectors
After disconnecting the connector, use plastic bags to prevent any dust, oil or water from entering the connector.
If the machine is placed for a long time after dismantled, it is easy to have bad contact. Therefore, connectors must be put into plastic bags.

1) check the connector pins (joints) for oil, dirt or water.
2) check whether the connector pins are deformed, poorly contacted, corroded or damaged.
3) check whether the connector's appearance is damaged or broken.
If there is oil, water or dirt on the connector, wipe it with a dry cloth. If the water is in the connector, blow dry with a blower, but be careful not to be too hot, otherwise it will cause short circuit.
If the connector is damaged or broken, it should be replaced.
Fasten the connector firmly
Position the connector correctly and firmly insert. If the connector is locked with the locking tab, push the connector until it is heard clicking.
Correction of dislocation of rubber sleeve uplift and wire harness
The connector with rubber sleeve must correct the bulge of the rubber sleeve. In addition, when the wiring harness or the clamp position is not correct, it must be corrected to the correct position.
If the connector is not easy to correct, the clamp can be removed and its position adjusted.
4. If the wire clamp of the connector has been removed, it must be installed back to its original position. It is also necessary to check for loose clips.
Drying of wire harness of 3 Hitachi ZX200-3 excavator
If there is oil or dirt on the wire harness, it is wiped out with dry cloth and can not be washed with water or steam. If the water must be washed with water, no high pressure water or steam can be used straight to the wire harness.
In the case of water entering the connector, the following work must be done.
(1) remove the connector and wipe off the water with a dry cloth.
Air drying connectors are dangerous because the oil in the air may lead to poor contact, so use compressed air that completely removes water and oil to dry.
A dryer is used to dry the interior of the connector.
If the inlet of the connector is inflow, the dryer can be dried.
The hot air in the dryer can be used, but the connectors and connector attachments are susceptible to thermal deformation and damage. Please pay attention to adjusting the blowing time.
(3) the connection test of the connector.
After drying, the connector is conducted under the condition of on-line disassembly, to check whether there is short circuit caused by water between pins.
The hot air in the dryer can be used to spray the contact restorer and reassemble it.
