Excavator hydraulic oil temperature is high (hydraulic oil temperature is related to the ambient temperature, the standard value is <90 ℃).
Main reasons:
(1) The amount of hydraulic oil is low or deteriorated
(2) Insufficient air volume or poor ventilation of radiator
(3) Poor oil intake and return
(4) Diagnosis process of internal blockage of hydraulic oil radiator: the first step: check whether the hydraulic oil is in the specified position or deteriorated, if it is not in the specified position, add it, and replace it if it is deteriorated.
Step 2: If the hydraulic fluid is normal, please check whether the fan belt slips, adjust if loose, clean it if there is oil, and replace with new belt if necessary; check if the fan blade is deformed or damaged, and replace it if deformed or damaged; check the wind guide Check whether the hood is damaged or improperly positioned. If it is improper, adjust or damage it and replace it; check the radiator ribs for dirt, causing poor ventilation, and clean it.
Step 3: Check whether the inlet and return oil passages are unobstructed (remove the oil suction filter or oil return filter, check whether there is dirt on the outside of the filter or the check valve under the oil return filter does not open, resulting in untimely oil return and high temperature. If the clogging is cleaned in time, replace it if necessary; the oil return back pressure valve is stuck or the oil return pressure is too high to open, resulting in poor oil return. Check the oil return back pressure valve, clean the valve core, and replace the oil return back pressure valve if necessary) .
The fourth step: check the hydraulic oil, check whether the internal oil passage of the oil is blocked, if it is blocked, please clean the internal dirt of the oil in time, if it cannot be cleaned, replace the hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic system produces abnormal noise.
Main reasons:
(1) Insufficient hydraulic oil
(2) Leakage of oil suction pipe
(3) The suction and return lines or the filter element are blocked, and the suction and return lines are not smooth
(4) Fault diagnosis process of hydraulic components:
The first step: Check the hydraulic oil level. Too little oil can cause the hydraulic pump to suck air and make abnormal noise. If the hydraulic oil deteriorates, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced. Step 2: Check whether there is air leakage in the suction pipe.
The third step: check the oil suction filter element, oil return filter element, oil return back pressure valve, clean and replace if necessary.
The fourth step: check whether the abnormal noise hydraulic components are damaged, if damaged, repair them, and replace if necessary.
