As the temperature decreases, the viscosity of the engine oil increases, and the flow performance deteriorates, thereby deteriorating the lubrication conditions of the engine and increasing the rotational resistance of the crankshaft.

The poor fluidity of lubricating oil increases the difficulty of lubricating certain components and reduces the lubricating effect, thereby aggravating the wear of the engine and transmission components.


The high viscosity of the working oil also increases the resistance of the pipeline, making it difficult to control the hydraulic steering, the efficiency of the hydraulic drive brake is deteriorated, and the difficulty of driving is increased, which has an adverse effect on safe driving.


In the cold season, there are also widespread freezing hazards, such as: the electrolyte of the battery will freeze and it will stop working; the freezing of the cooling water of the water-cooled engine will freeze and crack the radiator and the cylinder block.
