Note on filling and liquid level:
Add the coolant between the upper and lower lines of the auxiliary water tank.
Remove waste liquid and keep it properly.
Rinse the waste liquid when it is too dirty.
The coolant filling rate is about 15 liters/min.

Choose fuel carefully
In winter, light diesel oil with low freezing point and good ignition performance should be used. It is generally required that the freezing point of diesel should be 7-10 degrees Celsius below the local minimum temperature of the current season.

According to relevant information, the main reason for the scrapping of internal combustion engines is wear, and the wear during start-up accounts for 42.4% to 50.3% of the total wear. Therefore, choosing the right engine oil can reduce wear and extend the service life of the machine.

Rinse the sand on the walking part and the bucket with water.
If the paint on the cab and machine shed is peeling off, it should be repainted to prevent rust.
Check all parts and repair damaged parts. If the piping hose leaks, it should be tightened or replaced.
Grease the pin shaft, slewing ring, and slewing ring gear.
Check the amount of oil in each part. When insufficient, the oil should be added to the specified range. When the oil needs to be changed, the oil should be changed.
Replace the air filter, fuel filter, machine filter, liquid filter and other filters to protect the machine.
If the weather is particularly cold and the parking time is long, empty the coolant in the radiator and engine.
The cylinder is retracted to the shortest distance, and the part of the piston rod in contact with the air is coated with hydraulic oil with a brush to prevent the piston rod from rusting and corroding.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. In cold conditions, remove the battery and store it in a dry and safe room.
Park the machine in a dry and safe place. If parked in the open air, be sure to cover the protective cover and lock the door.
Long-term parking period
The battery is charged every other month and then connected to the terminals.
Check or add the amount of cooling water in the radiator.
Remove dirt on the piston rod and apply anti-rust oil.
Check all parts for oil and water leakage. If there is oil or water leakage, repair it immediately.
Start the engine once a month, in cold weather, start it after warming up and let the engine idle for 3 to 5 minutes
Check whether the engine noise and exhaust color are normal; check whether the rotation, driving, and front-end accessories are normal.
After the above-mentioned operation check is completed, the operations (7)~(10) of "Preparation before parking" should be performed when storing again.
