After connecting the specified power supply, measure the voltage as shown in Figure 5-63.
1.24v circuit (e.g. speaker circuit)
(1) Perform the circuit inspection in the order of upstream (from the power supply) or downstream (from the accessory). Set the following inspection conditions: (a) The position of the key switch is ACC or ON. (b) The position of the horn switch is ON (when the terminal 9 or 10 is checked). (c) The black terminal (negative) of the tester is connected to the machine frame (ground). (d) The red terminal (positive) of the tester is connected to the inspection point.
E) The power source is a battery (24V).
(2) Evaluation. If the measured voltage is lower than the battery voltage (usually 23.5 ~ 24V), the connector may be faulty. The voltage between the 2.5V circuit (1) terminal I and the machine frame (ground). ① Turn the key switch to the OFF position to disconnect the sensor connector. Measure the voltage between terminal 1 on the wire side connector of the machine and the machine frame under the following conditions: (a) The position of the key switch is 0N. (b) The black terminal (negative) of the tester is connected to the machine frame (ground). (c) The red terminal (positive) of the tester is connected to terminal 1.
② Evaluation. If the measured voltage is within the range of (5 +0.5) V, the circuit to terminal 1 is normal.
(2) The voltage between terminal 1 and the ground terminal.
①Turn the key switch to the OFF position and disconnect the sensor connector. Measure the terminal 1 and the ground terminal on the wire side connector of the machine under the following conditions (the ground terminal is the terminal 2 of the two-pole connector, the two-pole connector contains the pressure switch, T sensor; or the ground terminal is the terminal 3 of the 3-pole connector, The 3-pole connector includes the voltage between the A sensor, DP sensor, P sensor, EC sensor, and ABP sensor: (a) The key switch position is ON. (b) The black terminal (negative) of the tester is connected to the ground terminal (terminal 2 or 3). (e) Connect the red terminal (positive) of the tester to terminal 1.
② Evaluation. If the measured voltage is within the range of (5 +0.5)V, the circuit to terminal 1 or to the ground terminal is normal.
