The travel brake valve is installed on the head of the travel motor and is composed of a one-way valve, a pressure relief valve, an overload safety valve, a shuttle valve, and a balance valve.
(1) One-way valve: The role of this valve is to ensure smooth start and stop, and together with the balance valve to prevent cavitation in the travel motor circuit.
(2) Pressure reducing valve: The function of this valve is to reduce the pressure of hydraulic oil shunted from the travel motor to prevent the brake from abruptly acting, and deliver the decompressed pressure oil to the parking brake release port.
(3) Shuttle valve for parking brake release: The function of this valve is to shunt hydraulic oil for travel motor operation to a pressure reducing valve.
(4) Overload safety valve: The function of this valve is to prevent overload and shock pressure in the travel motor circuit.
(5) Reciprocating valve for servo piston operation: The function of this valve is to divert the pressure oil dedicated to the travel motor to the servo piston.
(6) Balance valve: The role of this valve is to ensure that the walking motor starts and stops smoothly and prevents the excavator from walking downhill.
