To test the performance of the hydraulic pump, a pocket tester can be connected to a hydraulic pump port requiring flow measurement. The pressure measurement is carried out with Dr. EX or pressure gauge. The ends of the 4 and 5 pipes are connected to the main pump inlet, and only one of the 4 and 5 is connected when the test is detected. The other is blocked and not connected. The pipe is not connected to 4 and 5. The main pump's oil outlet can still install a hose A or B connected to the main control valve, and the hose A or B does not install flange 6, but it is unblocked.
1) pre test preparation.
A makes the engine stably extinguish. Press the vent valve at the top of the hydraulic tank to release the residual pressure. Connect the vacuum pump to the oil back oil filter in the hydraulic tank. When the pocket test instrument is connected to the main pump, the vacuum pump operates.
B disassemble a high pressure hose A and B from the main pump inlet that needs to be measured, and install the flange 6 (ST6137), the open flange C and the bolt D on the disassembled hose. Remove the plug E and install the pipe joint 10..
C installation tubes 4 and 5, the open flange C, bolt D, test hose 3 and 12, connection block 7, pocket tester 2, and one of pipe joints 8, 9, 11. connecting pipe 4 and 5 to the measuring main pump, the unconnected bolt D is installed on the flange 6 (ST6137) and the open disk C, to plug the pipe. Connect the plug to the plug. Stay hose 4 or 5 hose 3 as straight as possible and clamp 4 or 5 blocked pipe to limit hose 3 movement.
D unloads the screw plug from the main pump inlet area, connects the pipe joint 13, the hose 14 to the main pump 1., then connects the pipe joint 15 to the main pump 2, and then connects the pressure gauge (ST6941, measure 60 MPa) to the main pump 1 and the main pump 2., respectively.
E unloads the screw plug 1 below the pilot pump and connects the three through 16 to the plug hole. Disassemble the hose G and H on the pump control pressure sensor oil circuit board, connect the open end of the hose G and H to the three pass 16 (the main pump's displacement angle will be maximum) and the screw plug 17 to the pump to control the pressure sensor oil road plate open oil port.
F disconnect the vacuum pump and loosen the release plug K on the pump housing so as to release the air from the pump until there is oil flowing out of the plug gap.
G connect the tachometer to the high pressure fuel injection pipe of the fuel injection pump, disconnect the N sensor connector, and fully open the load valve on the pocket tester.
H start the engine and check whether the connection of the pressure gauge is leaking. Connect the Dr. EX to the machine to monitor the pressure value.
2) the measurement of the flow of the hydraulic pump.
The temperature of a hydraulic oil is (50 + 5) C.
B selects the following switch positions:
Engine control dial: fast and slow car
Walking mode switch: fast way

HP mode switch: OFF
Working mode selection switch: general use mode
Automatic slow car switch: OFF.
C adjusts the main overflow valve.
D overflows the barrel recovery oil road and gradually closes the load valve on the pocket tester in order to obtain the specified pressure value from the main pump flow detection column and measure the flow rate and engine speed.
