The high water temperature and frequent failures in summer will have a lot of impact on us. The construction period is delayed and maintenance costs are spent. On site inspection showed that the water level of the water tank was normal, the cooling fan was normal, the tension of the fan belt was normal, there was no belt slipping, and the oil quality and oil level of the engine oil were normal.

The water circulation system works normally. It can basically eliminate the faults of the water pump and thermostat. Check that the inlet and outlet water pipes of the upper and lower water radiators are close to each other. The basic contents of eliminating the failure of the thermostat include: equipment maintenance, equipment inspection and equipment repair. In the overall structure of the excavator, the gear plays an important role. Once there is a crack on the gear surface of the excavator, the maintenance personnel must repair the gear at the first time.

If it is a fully computer-controlled machine, the oil quantity of the oil pump is too large or too small, or the injection angle is wrong, it is also easy to cause high water temperature.

The phenomenon of high water temperature may also be caused by motor overload, too late ignition and hydraulic master pump power overload.

If the cooling fan works normally, check whether the drive belt is loose. If the drive belt is too loose or too tight, the water temperature will rise rapidly.

Engine speed control the engine speed is selected by the fuel control panel. The fuel control panel is connected to the potentiometer. The power supply of the potentiometer is lifted through terminals 7 and 8 of the throttle controller. The fuel control panel is rotated to different positions, and the potentiometer outputs different voltages. The throttle controller equipped with a microcomputer can calculate the selected engine speed according to this voltage. Under a certain load, the engine speed is related to the circulating oil supply quantity of the fuel injection pump (i.e. the position of the oil supply pull rod). The oil supply pull rod is driven by the governor stepping motor) through the linkage mechanism. When the motor shaft rotates to different positions, it corresponds to different oil supply quantities.

In order to detect the actual rotation angle of the motor shaft, the motor drives a potentiometer through gear transmission. The throttle controller indirectly measures the rotation angle of the motor shaft, that is, the position of the throttle lever, by measuring the output voltage of the potentiometer. The whole process is as follows: the controller drives the speed regulating motor to rotate forward or reverse according to the measured output voltage of the potentiometer of the fuel control panel until the actual position of the motor fed back by the motor angle potentiometer is consistent with the position of the fuel control panel.
