Hitachi excavator engine
1: The engine oil and engine oil filter element must be genuine parts and replaced according to the specified maintenance cycle. The old engine needs more care. The replacement time of engine oil filter can be shortened as appropriate to make the engine life longer.
2: Try to use the diesel provided by the regular gas station. Even if the diesel is added by the regular gas station, do not directly add it into the fuel tank. Filter it before adding it. Drain water at the bottom of the diesel tank and the oil-water separator every day before commencement. The diesel filter element shall be purchased from the factory and replaced according to the specified maintenance cycle.
3: The air filter element is often checked. When the outer filter element is dusty, use compressed air to blow it from the inside out. The air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from being blown out. The internal filter cannot be cleaned. After cleaning the external filter for 2 or 3 times, replace it with the internal filter at the same time.
4: Do not use idle speed for a long time to save fuel to prevent carbon deposition.
Hitachi excavator hydraulic
1: Replace the hydraulic oil, oil return filter element and pilot filter element according to the specified maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether the filter element adsorbs iron and copper chips. When using the crusher, the deterioration of hydraulic oil is accelerated, and the replacement cycle should be shortened.
2: Do not work without oil for a long time.
3: After replacing the hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, pay attention to exhaust the air.
Hitachi excavator electrical
1: Pay attention to waterproof, do not involve in deep-water operation, and do not wash electrical components directly with water during cleaning.
2: Do not stack sundries in the battery box, especially metal tools, which may easily cause fire.
3: Do not replace the fuse with iron wire or copper wire, and do not replace it with substandard fuse.
4: When Hitachi excavator is parked for a long time, the battery line shall be removed to prevent feeding.
Hitachi excavator machinery
1: The gear oil of the rotary reducer and the travel reducer is changed periodically. In the overall structure of the excavator, the gear plays an important role. Once there is a crack on the gear surface of the excavator, the maintenance personnel must repair the gear at the first time.
2: The pin shaft shall be cleaned of dirt and sundries and filled with grease. In the overall structure of the excavator, the gear plays an important role. Once cracks appear on the gear surface of the excavator, the maintenance personnel must repair the gear at the first time.
3: During wading operation, when water overflows the rotary gear ring, pay attention to replace the grease in the rotary gear ring.
4: Pay attention to the rust prevention of the cylinder rod.
5: When Hitachi excavator is parked for a long time, the exposed (exposed) metal part shall be coated with grease to prevent rust.
Hitachi excavator structure
1: Check whether the pin shaft bolts are loose, falling off or missing every day, and tighten them in time.
2: Inspect the structure for cracks and deformation every day.
3: When parking Hitachi excavators, pay attention to the surrounding environment, park them on a solid, stable and hard ground, and do not park them on the riverside, cliff edge or hillside to prevent accidents.
