A sk250-8 excavator has a high water temperature and does not turn on the air conditioner. After running at low idle for 10 minutes, the water temperature is full, giving an alarm and turning on the boiler. What's the matter?
Inspection analysis:
1. It is recommended to remove the thermostat and try to plug the nozzle of the small circulation, because only part of the circulating water is dissipated by the cooling water tank, and it is still high temperature.
2. Clean the water tank Check the tightness of the fan belt to ensure it is not too loose or tight.
3. Check whether the water tank is short of coolant / antifreeze If it is an EFI engine, it is necessary to distinguish the water temperature sensor and the water temperature sensing plug. The water temperature sensing plug is the one that controls the water temperature gauge. Only one single wire is inserted on it. The water temperature sensor provides a water temperature signal to the engine computer. This is a two-wire one.
4. In addition to the above reasons, it is also possible that the low idle water temperature of the excavator is full due to the blockage of the air inlet intercooler, and the high temperature boiler fails. Our factory has repaired one such case before. After all inspections, it is finally found that the high temperature of the excavator is caused by the blockage of the air inlet intercooler. The intercooler is disassembled, and the water temperature returns to normal after cleaning.
How to prevent the excavator from full water temperature at low idle speed and high temperature boiling: frequently check the radiator, fan belt, and check whether the water tank is short of water or coolant Clean the water tank frequently If the excavator operates for a long time, it is best to take a rest halfway to prevent high temperature.
