(1) Weak operation

A ZL50 wheel loader is equipped with ZF transmission and drive axle and CUMMINS diesel engine. It is used for digging sand and stone in dry river channels all year round. After 1800h, it cannot travel and the tires may slip. The analysis may be due to lack of traction or poor oil quality.

First check the system of the whole machine. It is found that the transmission oil level is high, and the oil is diluted, there are many bubbles in the oil, and the oil is discharged to the required level. The tire pressure is 0.5 MPa for the front wheels, 0.45 MPa for the rear wheels, the front wheels are deflated to 0.32 MPa, and the rear wheels are 0.30 MPa. And add an additional weight of 200kg. For the traction test, it was only 116kN for the first time, and the diesel engine speed was 1790r / min when stalling. It was found that there was a crack of about 120mm in the intercooler of the diesel engine. After welding, the traction force was measured. It reached 147kN. The speed of the diesel engine was 2110r / min when stalling, but the problem was not eliminated when going to the sand field. Therefore, empty the transmission fluid and clean it, replace the new ZF transmission special oil according to the amount, and the machine will recover and work normally.

(2) wheel loader maintenance torque converter oil temperature is high

A ZL50C wheel loader, equipped with a ZF transmission, reflects that the oil temperature of the torque converter has risen too quickly after 2 months of operation, reaching 120 ° C in about 6.5 hours of operation. But the hydraulic oil temperature and water temperature have been normal. It is invalid to replace the transmission, oil radiator, oil, pipeline, etc.

The reasons for the analysis may be that the torque converter radiator is clogged, the heat dissipation tubing is blocked, the torque converter has a large leak, the transmission oil pressure is low, the clutch slips, the oil quality is poor, and the torque converter continues to overload.

When shoveling, operate the drawbar and feel that the bucket moves slowly. The inspection found that the lock nut that fixed the orientation of the flexible shaft in front of the distribution valve was loose, and the distribution valve was delayed when the flexible shaft was pulled. After tightening the nut, the oil temperature recovered normally.
