3. 14. Before leaving work, check whether the bolts of all parts of the vehicle are loose and whether the tire pressure is normal. If problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.


Safety operation rules for lifting operation


1. Hoisting workers should be professionally trained and hold a “special operation certificate” after passing the examination before they can participate in hoisting operations.


2. It is necessary to wear a safety helmet before the operation, and it is necessary to check the equipment put into operation strictly to ensure its integrity.


3. The on-site command signals should be common and clear to prevent multi-person command and blind command.


4. The power equipment used must be grounded and insulated well. Move lamps and lanterns and use safe voltage.

8. A warning line should be set around the lifting area to prevent the passage of non-operating personnel. In case of strong wind above level 6, prevent open-air operation.


9. Before the lifting object is fixed in place, the lifting worker shall not leave the job post. It is not allowed to suspend the operation when the rigging is stressed or the suspended object is suspended.


10. When the object is suspended, prevent pedestrians from staying or walking under the hanging object or boom. No one is allowed to stand on the winch, in front of the pulley or beside the traction wire rope.


Resolutely abide by the "ten no lifting" of lifting equipment:


(1) Over-loading without hoisting;


(2) Do not hang the command signal is unclear, the weight is unclear, and the light is dim;


(3) Unhooked hooks or attachments that are not tied tightly and do not meet safety requirements;


(4) Do not hang the crane directly for processing;


(5) Do not hang diagonally;


(6) Those who stand on the workpiece or have moving objects on it are not suspended;


(7) Combustible and explosive items such as oxygen and acetylene are not suspended;


(8) With corners, cutting edges, unpadded not hanging;


(9) Objects buried underground are not suspended;


(10) Do not suspend the violation of command.
