The maintenance of Komatsu excavator's new machine after 250h is as follows:
1) replace the diesel oil filter.
2) replace engine oil sump lubricant, replace engine oil filter and bypass filter (if equipped with bypass filter).
3) check the engine valve clearance, if it does not meet the requirements, then make adjustments.
(2) daily maintenance project
1) check, clean and replace the air filter cartridge. First, from the inner side of the filter core, blow the compressed air less than 700kPa directly along the seam, then blow it along the outside side, then blow from the inside. After 6 cleaning or use for more than 1 years, the filter element should be replaced. Do not use a pleat or gasket that has been damaged. Do not replace or clean the air filter element when the engine is working. When cleaning the filter core, do not knock with things.
2) cleaning the inner of the cooling system. After the engine is fully cooled, the water injection cap is slowly loosened to drain the internal pressure of the water tank and release the water. Do not clean the engine while working. Be careful of the high speed rotating fan.
3) check and tighten the bolt of the crawler plate.
4) check and adjust the tightness of the track. The distance between the bottom of the caterpillar frame and the upper part of the caterpillar plate (the inner side of the track plate) is measured at the fourth supporting wheels of the driving wheel. The standard distance is (303 +20) mm. If the measured value is not within the standard range, it should be adjusted by loosening or tightening.
5) check the intake heater.
6) replace the bucket teeth.
7) adjust the clearance of the bucket: do not make any adjustment when the gap is less than the thickness of a gasket (the thickness of the gasket is 1 mm and 0.5 mm2).
8) check the liquid level of the window cleaning fluid, if not enough, it should be added. The mixing ratio of Pure Lotion and water is shown in table 2-6.
9) check and adjust the air conditioning. Check the level of refrigerant (R143a). If the refrigerant is insufficient, the refrigeration performance will become worse. Refrigerant should be added.
10) replace the filter core of the oil filter.
