Based on years of experience in excavator maintenance, Liteng excavator repair plant teaches you how to identify whether the hydraulic oil of the excavator is deteriorating.
1) remove some of the oil from the hydraulic pump. If it is found that it has a milky white cloudy (sometimes like yellow milk) and is identified by the combustion method, it is found that it contains a lot of water and has lost the stickiness with the hand feeling, which indicates that the oil has been thoroughly emulsified and deteriorated.
2) remove a little oil from the tank and filter it with filter paper. If there is a black residue on the filter paper and a pungent smell, it shows that the oil has been oxidized and deteriorated. Some precipitated sludge can be removed directly from the bottom of the tank. If there are many asphaltenes and colloid precipitates, it is put on the finger to knead it. If it feels a lot of gelatin and adhesion, it shows that the oil has been oxidized and deteriorated.
