The cause of the fault can be found as follows:
Adjust the two overflow valves on the multi-channel valve of the excavator to see if there is any change; If there is a fault in the right overflow valve of the excavator, if not, adjust the high-pressure pipe of the front and rear pumps to see if there is any change in the bucket and steering; Some means that the pump on the side of the original pipe bucket is faulty.
Simple analysis of fault phenomenon:
1. First, the problem is derived. First, check the pump output pressure and whether there is any change in the heat cooler. If there is no change, check the pilot pump
2 check the pressure of the large pump and pilot pump when the car is cold and hot, and then check the safety valve
3. The silver iron foam is caused by the drop of the valve rod or valve core, which should be caused by the explosion of the skin
4. The pressure relief of the boom and jib causes the oil temperature to rise, and the pilot pump has no pressure when the hot oil temperature is high, causing the whole vehicle to slow down
Troubleshooting methods:
1. Test the machine on site and confirm the fault
2 check the hydraulic oil of the excavator to determine whether the hydraulic oil is deteriorated? Is there any impurity iron filings in the discharged oil? (if there is iron filings, it means that the pump components may be worn, and the pump needs to be removed for inspection; if the hydraulic oil is deteriorated, the excavator hot car leaks, and the action is slow.) 3 check whether the excavator oil circuit is blocked? Check whether the stop valve and throttle port are blocked?
4. Measure the pressure value of the valve group with a pressure gauge? (normal pressure value is between 300-320)
5 then when the pressure is within the normal range, the flow of the valve group needs to be measured
