When the diesel engine of the forklift cannot be started?
Cause of failure:
1、 Fuel supply system failure
1. Gas in fuel system
Troubleshooting: use the oil transfer pump to remove the air in the system, and check the system for air leakage.
2. Blockage in fuel system
Troubleshooting: disassembly and cleaning
3. The oil transfer pump does not supply oil or supplies oil intermittently
Troubleshooting: check and repair
4. Poor fuel injection of fuel injection pump
Troubleshooting: check the spray condition of fuel injector
5. Incorrect fuel supply advance angle
Troubleshooting: check whether the plunger and outlet valve of the fuel injection pump are worn and whether the outlet valve spring is broken.
6. The air inlet valve is not opened or the oil cut-off handle is in the oil cut-off position
Troubleshooting: open the air inlet valve or make the oil cut-off handle in the oil supply position.
2、 Insufficient pressure
1. Worn piston
Troubleshooting: replace the piston ring
2. Piston ring cementation
Troubleshooting: remove the glue
3. Valve leakage
Troubleshooting: the valve spring is broken or the elasticity decreases, the valve clearance is improper, and the valve cone seal is not tight, so do the corresponding treatment.
4. Low temperature at the end of compression
Troubleshooting: if the external temperature is low, take preheating and other methods to solve the problem.
3、 Electrical system fault
1. Insufficient battery power
Troubleshooting: recharge to meet the specified requirements
2. Poor electrical connection
Troubleshooting: check whether the wiring is correct and reliable
3. Poor contact between starter brush and commutator
Troubleshooting: repair or replace the electric brush, clean the commutator surface with fine sandpaper, and blow away the dust
4. Insufficient torque and slipping of starter clutch plate
Troubleshooting: add shims and adjust
5. The starter gear cannot be embedded into the flywheel gear ring Troubleshooting: find out the cause and handle it.
