1、 Working procedure:
(1) Qualification requirements
Forklift drivers must be trained by the labor department and obtain a forklift driving operation certificate before taking up their posts. It is strictly forbidden to drive a forklift without a license.
(2) Forklift drivers are not allowed to teach others to drive forklifts without the approval of the Department.
(3) Before driving, check whether the steering lights, brakes, horns, headlights and mirrors are in good condition; Whether the fork is bent, damaged or cracked.
Check whether the brake fluid leaks.
2、 Driving regulations
(1) Forklift operators must wear safety helmets for operation.
(2) Anyone who uses a forklift must use a special key for the forklift. After starting, it is not allowed to pull out the key, let alone start the forklift with other non forklift keys, so as to avoid damaging the lock.
(3) When the forklift is started, observe whether there are other vehicles, pedestrians or obstacles around; When turning, you should look at the rear mirror and observe the left and right sides, turn on the indicator light, drive slowly and sound the horn; When backing up, you should first look at the back mirror and look back to observe the situation. You can only drive when there are no obstacles.
(4) When starting the forklift, it shall not be started for more than 5 seconds each time, and it shall be restarted at intervals of more than 10 ~ 15 seconds. If the forklift fails to be started for three consecutive times, it shall be restarted at intervals of 5 minutes. When starting in winter, it shall be preheated before starting. If the above operations cannot be started, the maintenance personnel shall be notified in time to avoid battery damage.
(5) The forklift shall be driven in the direction of "upper right and lower left". The forklift shall slow down and sound the horn at the entrance and exit. When driving, you must concentrate and not be careless.
(6) The vehicle shall keep a certain distance from the edge of the road to ensure safety. If there are materials on the forklift truck, when going down the slope, reverse the vehicle and control the speed. Drive slowly up and down the slope.
(7) The forks shall be 200-300mm above the ground during driving. It is not allowed to raise or lower the goods during driving. It is not allowed to brake or turn at high speed.
(8) Observe the speed limit regulations of the factory, and the speed shall not exceed 5km/h; Speeding is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.
(9) At intersections or other invisible places, please slow down and honk; When driving on wet and uneven ground and turning, please slow down; Avoid sharp turns and driving on unstable surfaces.
(10) When parking during transportation, you must pull up the hand brake and shift to neutral before leaving the forklift.
(11) Pay attention to the height of the structure at the entrance and exit of the forklift, and do not drive in or out blindly.
(12) When driving, ordinary personnel are not allowed to sit beside the forklift driver, nor can they be used to transport people, or carry out other work unrelated to forklift operation.
(13) Do not connect the forklift circuit such as battery in the workshop or dangerous goods warehouse without authorization to avoid sparks.
(14) Overload driving is strictly prohibited.
3、 Loading and unloading regulations
(1) The goods loaded by forklift shall not be too high, so as not to block the driver's line of sight and cause accidents; Except for short-distance displacement, goods of two plates shall not be transported at the same time.
(2) When forking the goods, the forks should be tilted first and then lifted. When lowering, the forks should be lowered first and then tilted.
(3) When using a forklift to lift off, you must stand firmly on a pallet with a bottom plate before working. It is not allowed to stand on the shovel fork for operation.
(4) Do not transport loose goods to avoid overturning, and fix them firmly before transportation; A pallet shall be used for lifting objects. Objects that are not easy to be stable, such as high equipment, empty barrels, easy to slide cylinders or objects, must be tied with ropes and can be lifted only after they are tied tightly.
(5) It is not allowed to directly transport inflammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous goods with a fork.
(6) When parking, do not hang the fork in the air. It is forbidden for the driver to leave the forklift when the forks are suspended.
(7) No one is allowed to stay under the fork, whether loaded or not.
(8) The unloaded goods must be stacked in an orderly manner in a place that does not hinder the passage, and neither the goods nor the forklift shall be parked at the entrance.
4、 Parking requirements
(1) After the operation, park the forklift at the designated position, place the forklift flat on the ground, and check and clean the vehicle as necessary.
(2) After parking, place the steering lever in the center and pull the handbrake.
5、 Maintenance regulations
(1) Pay attention to the maintenance work. In case of abnormal braking or other faults during the inspection before driving, timely notify the maintenance department for treatment.
(2) In case of abnormal sound or failure of forklift during normal operation, it shall be stopped immediately and the maintenance department shall be notified for maintenance. The driver shall not dismantle or repair without permission.
(3) The driver designated by the Department to maintain the forklift shall assist the maintenance personnel to carry out comprehensive maintenance and repair once a year.
6、 Spot check and cleaning
The cycle of forklift spot inspection is four times a month (once a week), and the forklift is cleaned once a week.
