1、 Pump
1. for the newly installed (or removed and reinstalled) pump, the air in the pump must be removed before starting.
Exhaust method: fill the hydraulic oil tank to the oil level, loosen the pump exhaust plug until more oil flows out, and tighten the exhaust plug.
3. the oil pump shall not be started with load or at full speed.
4. the oil pump shall not inhale air, and the oil suction filter shall not be blocked (it shall be cleaned and replaced on time) to prevent cavitation, premature damage of pump parts, noise and vibration.
2、 Travel motor
1. the traveling motor has two connected oil drain ports, which are symmetrically distributed. When replacing a new traveling motor, the oil drain and oil return hose should be connected to the oil drain port at the highest position of the traveling motor (the other oil drain port is blocked with a screw plug) to prevent oil leakage in the motor housing.
2. the oil drain port of the traveling motor is connected with the oil tank, and the return oil back pressure shall not be greater than 0.3MPa. The variable speed oil port is supplied by the pilot oil circuit, and the working pressure is 4MPa. The rubber tubes of the two oil ports shall not be installed incorrectly, otherwise the 4MPa oil pressure will damage the shaft head oil seal and other parts of the traveling motor.
3. the gear oil in the travel motor reducer shall be replaced on time.
3、 Swing motor
1. in addition to two working oil ports, the slewing motor also has a slack port for opening the brake cylinder and a drain port. The slack port is supplied by the pilot oil circuit with a working pressure of 4MPa. The drain port is connected with the oil tank, and the return oil back pressure shall not be greater than 0.3MPa. The position of the drain port on the slewing motor is higher than the position of the slack port. The rubber hoses of these two ports shall not be installed incorrectly, otherwise the oil pressure of 4MPa will damage the oil seal of the slewing motor Connecting bolts and other parts.
2. for the newly installed (or removed and reinstalled) rotary motor, before starting, in order to ensure the lubrication of all moving parts in the motor, the motor housing must be filled with hydraulic oil to prevent burning out. To check whether the motor housing is full of hydraulic oil, loosen the exhaust plug on the top of the motor to check whether there is oil leakage. If there is no oil leakage, fill the motor housing with oil from the exhaust plug port, or at low engine speed, place the safety locking lever in the "locked" position (at this time, the pilot oil return oil is connected with the swing motor oil drain return oil), fill the motor housing with oil from the pilot oil, and tighten the exhaust plug after there is oil leakage from the exhaust plug port.
3. the gear oil in the reduction gearbox of the swing motor shall be replaced on time. Nachi slewing motor reduction gear boxes of yc35, yc55 and yc65 machines are lubricated by their own working hydraulic oil and do not need additional gear oil.
