④ When using the solenoid valve, ensure that the voltage is stable, and its fluctuation value should not exceed 5% ~ 15% of the rated voltage.
⑤ When a part of the hydraulic system fails, it must be shut down in time to deal with it.
⑥Pay attention to regularly check the lubrication pipeline and its components, whether the amount of lubricating oil is sufficient.
⑦ Check the accumulator inflation and oil and gas mixing.
⑧ Always pay attention to tightening pipe joints and flanges. Seals and high-pressure hoses should be regularly checked and replaced.
⑨ Main hydraulic components should be measured regularly, and maintenance and replacement of excavator should be carried out regularly.

In addition to meeting the general requirements, maintenance of hydraulic engineering machinery should also pay attention to some special requirements:
①Familiar with the working principle of hydraulic equipment system and the role of main hydraulic parts.
② Focus on the observation of the working pressure, flow rate and temperature of the hydraulic system.
③Before starting the equipment, pay attention to the oil level of the tank and the state of the solenoid valve.
④Before starting work in winter, the hydraulic pump should be run for a period of time to preheat the oil.
⑤Keep the equipment clean and prevent dust, metal abrasive particles, cotton yarn and other impurities from entering the tank.
