Failure cause analysis:

Troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the end face seal where the pump body is in direct contact with the end covers on both sides has air intake. If so, deal with the contact surface Check whether there is a poor fit between the gland of the pump and the hole of the outer diameter end cap, resulting in loose sealing, thus allowing air to enter. If there is, seal and reinforce it.
