Working Principle And Composition Of Hydraulic System Of HT60 Crawler Excavator

Single bucket hydraulic excavator is developed on the basis of mechanical transmission single bucket excavator. Its working process is to cut the soil with the cutting edge of the bucket, lift and rotate the bucket to the unloading position after it is full, and then return the unloaded bucket to the excavation position for the next operation. Therefore, it is a kind of earth moving machinery with periodic operation.

The basic structure principle of single bucket hydraulic excavator, the working principle and composition of excavator hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system of hr60 crawler excavator are shown in Figure 22. The system is a constant power variable control system, which adopts four pump oil supply mode. It can be divided into swing circuit, travel circuit, boom circuit, stick circuit, bucket circuit and bulldozer circuit. Multi way valve adopts hydraulic pilot control, with small control force and comfortable operation. The system is supplied by a constant power series pump, and the multi-channel valves are controlled by the pilot valve. Among them, the pilot valve can operate the two-way valves at the same time, so that the excavator can complete the compound action and excavate the earth efficiently.
