The hydraulic system consists of 7 control valves (boom, stick, bucket, swing, second travel and standby), 5 control valves (straight travel valve x, boom confluence valve y, stick confluence valve W, oil supply valve u and oil supply valve V), check valves and orifices. Oil supply route of pump
1) P1 pump is connected with the direct oil supply passage of the left valve group. After priority for travel, the oil is returned through the three valves of standby, bucket and boom through the w valve. If the w valve is closed, the oil can be supplied to the stick valve through the check valve.
2) The P2 pump is connected to the parallel oil supply passage of the right valve group and supplies oil to the swing, stick (via V valve) and Y valve in parallel. P1 pump
And P2 pump switch the connection relationship with the left and right valve groups through X valve. As shown in Figure 7, P2 pump is connected with the parallel oil supply channel of the left valve group, and P1 pump is connected with the direct oil supply channel of the right valve group.
3) The parallel supply passage of the left valve block supplies oil to the standby, bucket and boom in parallel, and supplies oil to the stick valve through the U valve
4) The direct oil supply passage of the right valve group gives priority to travel, supplies the stick valve through the swing valve, and then returns the oil through the Y valve.
5) The X valve is at the right position, the P1 pump is connected with the direct oil supply channel of the left and right valve groups, and the P2 pump is connected with the parallel oil supply channel of the left and right grid groups; When the X valve is in the left position, the P1 pump and the left valve group are connected with the direct oil supply channel and the parallel oil supply channel, and the P2 pump and the right valve group are connected with the direct oil supply channel and the parallel oil supply channel.
